It was shocking, really how quickly the gentle healer could move when she wanted. Shirley had been trying to track her down ever since Farah mentioned they were behind on preparations for today’s dinner. Shirley had been thinking she could help, or at least lighten some of Cheria’s other chores.
Finally catching up, Shirley took a deep breath and gave her best “ambassador’s smile”. She was still quite shy around many of the people here. Senel and Chloe were much better at making friends than she. Still, she very much wanted to be of help!
“I heard you and Farah needed an extra hand or two. Is there anything I can do? I mean were you headed any place in particular right now? If you’d like, I can come with!”
